1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of all services provided by Mr Service Ltd, herein referred to as “the Garage”, to you, herein referred to as “the Customer”. By booking any work with the Garage, the Customer agrees to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Specially Ordered Parts

Parts specially ordered for the Customer, including electronic control units, keys, locks, dealer-ordered parts, or VIN-specific parts, are non-returnable and non-refundable. The Customer acknowledges that these parts are procured or customized to their specifications and agrees to this condition upon ordering such parts.

3. Payment Terms

All accounts must be settled within 30 days of the invoice date. Failure to settle accounts within this period may result in additional charges or legal action to recover the amounts owed.

4. Contractual Capacity

By placing an order for work via phone or internet, the Customer warrants that they are legally capable of entering into binding contracts, are at least 18 years of age, and reside within the United Kingdom.

5. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall affect the statutory rights of the Customer as a consumer under applicable UK law, including but not limited to The Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982 and any subsequent amendments. Customers seeking further information on their statutory rights should contact the Citizens’ Advice Bureau.

6. Behavior Policy

The Garage maintains a strict policy against abusive behaviors, language, or threats directed towards staff or other customers. Such conduct will not be tolerated on the premises, and individuals exhibiting such behavior may be removed and, if necessary, reported to the police.

7. Data Protection

The Garage will retain the Customer’s personal details on a secure database for direct marketing purposes. Customers may request removal from this database by providing written notice to the Garage. Personal data will not be shared with third parties without the Customer’s prior consent, except as required by law or in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

8. Authority to Share Information

The Garage reserves the right to disclose any personal information provided by the Customer to relevant authorities, including but not limited to the DVLA and the police, as required by law or in the interests of public safety.

9. Binding Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the Garage and the Customer upon the booking of any work, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

10. Amendments

The Garage reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Such amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on the Garage’s official communication channels or website.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes relating to these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive authority of the courts of the United Kingdom.

The Customer’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions occurs upon booking any work with the Garage. The Garage appreciates the Customer’s business and looks forward to providing exceptional service.
